The contents will be adapted to the practical activities that must be carry on. After the classes, students are going to practice what they have learnt in a real immersion context. The teacher will act as guides while the students interact directly with the locals.
Total immersion course in the Spanish language with special emphasis on three aspects: 1. The history, culture and nature of Ponferrada and the villages that make up the region of El Bierzo. The wines and the local gastronomy of the area. Relationship of the region with the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela.
Please note: We do NOT provide accommodation. In the area you will find accommodation for every budget. The offer varies between four-star hotels (e.g. the Hotel Temple de Ponferrada with a medieval-themed design), B&Bs and hostels (where pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago usually stay).
