You can register via our website. Once your payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation of your payment together with your purchase invoice. We will then invite you to an introductory talk to determine your level and place you in the appropriate course.

If you have prior knowledge but do not know what level you are at, you should take a level test. If some skills (writing, speaking, listening, reading) are more developed than others, you will be placed in the lower level 

Group classes will be cancelled if the minimum number of students is not reached. In that case, an alternative course will be offered or a refund will be given.

Payment of the course fee should be made online immediately upon registration via PAYPAL, iDEAL or credit card. You will receive the invoice by e-mail after registration.

The course can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course (3% of the amount paid will be deducted to cover the costs involved in processing the refund). If the course is cancelled on the course start date, an administration fee of 30 euros will be charged. If the course is cancelled after the start of the course, we will deduct the proportional part of the lessons taken from the start of the course until the cancellation Als de cursus op de startdatum wordt geannuleerd, wordt er 30 euro administratiekosten in rekening gebracht. The student has the right to make up missed lessons up to one year after the course has been paid for. This is on condition that the cancellation is made in advance and with a legitimate (illness, work, etc.) reason.
